Punching matrices are used i.a. for punching crucibles
Creasing Matrix is mounted on die plates or cylinder caps in die cutting and folding applications and functions as part of a “make ready” countermatrix system in which the creasing rules complete their downward stroke and create a crease in the paper or card.
Creasing Matrix is self-localizing and therefore ensures precise registration between the folding rule and the matrix. It also enables guaranteed placement of the matrix the first time and reduces machine downtime.
100% accuracy of the width and depth of the matrix provides uniform and consistent folding.
Large selection of KRIS and Channel matrices
We stock a large selection of KRIS and Channel matrices, and can usually deliver from day to day.
The size of the matrix is selected based on the instructions below:
- Matrix height = material thickness
- Matrix width = 2 x material thickness + knife thickness.
- Punch height = Punch height – Die depth (0.225mm/0.09”).
Kris dies are one of the world’s leading die types when it comes to quality and environmental considerations!
We stock a wide range and can usually deliver from day to day:
- Specially developed glue – ensures that the matrix is stuck during use and can be removed without glue residue! No need to use harsh cleaners to remove glue residue!
- Finger lift system – easy and quick preparation
N.E.K. matrices use vulcanized fibers which are the most durable material. Quality that forms a strong matrix! We offer a wide and complete assortment for cardboard and corrugated board.
